How it Works

Step1

Shop in the online store and go to checkout.Choose Pick up in store or have it sent to an agent.

Step 2

We send order confirmation. Sometimes we end up in the trash can. Check the order carefully. Email us if it is not correct.

Step 3

We pack your order and ship within 1-3 days. Orders placed on a Friday or weekend are shipped the following Tuesday.

If you have chosen Pick up in store, you will receive information about our opening hours in the order confirmation. If you have chosen to have your order delivered, we will send your order with Postnord and to the nearest representative for collection. Together with the order confirmation, you will receive a consignment ID. If you have Postnord's app, you can follow your order all the way to the agent.

Here's how to do it

Make you choice of products and go to the CASHIER.
Fill in your payment information.
Want to let us know something? Click in the "Add a message" box.
Choose "Pick up in store" or send via "Postnord Ombud" (our shipping agency).
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

Send a gift to a friend

Do you want to send the order to an address other than your own?

Fill in your payment information and select the payment provider option to a delivery address other than your own.
Then fill in the recipient's name and address as well as the recipient's mobile number. The shipping agency will notify to the recipient's mobile number. Otherwise, you will receive a notification from shipping agency yourself.
Don't forget to send a greeting to the recipient. Tick in the "Add a message" box.

Delivery or pick up

When the order is ready to be picked up in the store or has been sent from us to the shipping agency (Postnord), you will receive a new confirmation with Postnord's shipment ID. With it you can track the delivery here.

Our normal delivery are 1-3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday alt. weekends are sent no earlier than Tuesday of the following week.

If you want to collect, the store's opening hours apply.

If you have not received your shipment, you should contact Postnord customer service in the first instance.

Please notice: Chocolate is a delicate product, so please don't order too soon. Chocolate does not thrive in a hot terminal or at agents waiting to be picked up.

All tillverkning sker i vårt lilla produktionskök i Hammarby Sjöstad där också den fysiska butiken finns. Vi är återförsäljare av lakrits och premiumkonfektyr. Under sommarsäsongen tillverkar vi hantverksmässig gelato på italienskt vis.
